Today's episode features local strongman competitor Jake Reimer. After following a ketogenic diet to lose weight, Jake started training specifically for strongman in February. He took 7th in his first competition and is looking to carry even more strength into his next in Yuba City on July 11th. We talk to Jake about how he trains, eats, and supplements to lift heavy things more times than others. We're also incapacitated by laughter twice.
