Too many guys (myself included) wear their lack of sleep as a badge of honor.  Don't get me wrong - As I write this on only 4.5 hours of sleep, I'm acutely aware of my own struggles with resting enough.  We're dads - we want to sacrifice sleep if that's what it takes to be the best family man in the world, right?  It's important that improved REST, though, is a big part of our journey.  Listen in to today's episode to hear about how rest can jump-start us physiologically, psychologically, and impact every part of our lives.  For more check-out www.LegacyManLife.com or email me at coachweber@legacymanlife.com.
