I believe there are 3 main values that all people should adhere to. Character, Integrity and Heart. If you live by and continually work on these values there are subsets that will naturally evolve. It boils down to who you are as a person and how you want people to think of you when they see you or think about you. You have to believe in your work or cause in order to be truly successful, you have to be a man or woman of your word, and you have to respect yourself first and foremost along with respecting others no matter who they are or what they do.
I don't know that I have the magic bullet or if I have a secret. I have always tried to treat everyone with respect and treat everyone the same. I think wholesaling allowed me to hone that skill by interacting with so many people on a daily basis. Its all about the relationship, building that trust. You may not have the greatest fund or the greatest stock or the greatest product, but if you have the relationship skills that allow people to let down their guard enough to trust you and know you will shoot them straight, you will deliver not only the good news but the bad news as well, you will be successful.
