On this week's episode, Alex and Brandon chat about ALL OF THE TRAILERS.

The boys are gearing up for their 50th episode special, but before that happens, they have a run of the mill episode for your listening pleasure. After getting their chit chat out of the way, Brandon chooses this week's ABC's of Geekdom subject, a weapon of infinite possibilities. Then Alex lists off corrections from last week's show, including Compound Hulk, the Black Friday 2016 GameStop Exclusive Funko Mystery Box, Bullseye, He-Man, She-Ra, Recess, Plants vs. Zombies 2, the boot and rally, James Cromwell, the timeline of Robins, fishing in Ocarina of Time, Alex's 3DS, Game of Thrones, Alex's top 5 underrated cartoons, and Ryu from Street Fighter. They also cover a bit of news, including the passing of Bill Paxton, more casting announcements for the Inhumans show, Michael K. Williams in the Han Solo movie, a potential TRON reboot staring Jared Leto, an adaptation of The Underwater Welder starring Ryan Gosling, confirmation of the Bumblebee movie and the announcement of the director, a new horror film set in Oz, and Alexander Siddig playing Ra's al Ghul in Gotham.

After the break, the boys talk about one more bit of news, Donnie Yen starring in a movie version of the video game Sleeping Dogs, then cover an ridiculous number of trailers, including Alien Covenant, the DuckTales reboot, the reveal of Doctor Fate for Injustice 2, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell no Tales, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Kong: Skull Island, Cars 3, and Pokémon I Choose You. The boys keep the trailer talk going by discussing what goes into making a trailer, what makes trailers good and bad, and just generally saying the word trailer a lot. Finally, they wrap things up with an all new Fan Fic Fights, this time pitting two bow masters against each other.

This is also a reminder to watch the movie John Wick, which we will be discussing in just two weeks, so make sure to report back with your thoughts before then!
