This week we have Jake on and he takes over the podcast with his loud mic. Also, we discuss the proper way to pronounce Porsche, some blog content, what could replace a Mazda3, and some funny car losers.

Hey guys love the podcast. You're part of my weekly listening routine. I heard you mention that in California you're not able to swap like an LS3 into a late 70's Chevy truck. You totally can. To make it legit you just have to swap in a newer model year engine into the vehicle, the engine is originally available in another vehicle in the United States, all of the emissions have to match the vehicle it came from and you have to make an appointment with a smog referee and get a BAR label after passing a visual & physically emissions inspection. That would be a sick ride.

For your $10k soon to be smog exempt vehicle I was going to suggest like a 79 Trans Am but the value on those have really taken off. The last time I checked you could get a driving one for $4,000-$6,000 but now they're like $15K+ on Craigslist right now. Maybe cheaper ones outside of CA. Keep up the good work ;o)
