This episode is a bit different... it's the recording of my appearance on another podcast a few weeks ago. I decided to release it on Doing Good Through Food partly because I just enjoyed the conversation, but mainly as it went into quite a lot of detail about who I am, why I set up the podcast and where I intend to take it. I said some of this briefly in the first episode of the show, but a lot of the ideas were newly formed and I was also very nervous! I think that, for those that are interested, the discussion in this episode gives a lot more clarity and detail about how I see the show developing in particular.
I hope you find it interesting and as ever I would love to hear what you think. As I say in the audio introduction, this is longer than any episode I have recorded so far and I would be really interested to know if it is too much for you, or whether you enjoy the longer discussion.
