This podcast is about movement practices that have a healing component. After 13 years in the fitness industry helping clients achieve their goals, I realized, after a debilitating adrenal breakdown, that how I approached exercise wasn't complete. I will take a deep look into ancient practices such as yoga, kung fu, tai chi as well as some newer practices such as somatic healing. Learning and adopting these practices, I will discuss the benefits and my overall improvements. In addition, we will look at nutrition and discuss the current trends and what works for each individual and why. Ultimately, this podcast is about finding the truth for myself so I can get back to the freedom I once felt through movement, while sharing my experience to help others.
