Beth Borowsky is the founder of The Karma Class; training teachers to bring Yoga, Breath and Mindfulness into the regular school day.
Beth Borowsky has an MA in Early Childhood Education and Montessori teaching. She is a course writer, a yoga teacher of both adults and children as well as being a teacher trainer.
Beth leads a team of teachers who go into preschools and teach kids weekly yoga classes.
Beth is also the Founder of “Just Breathe Yoga” where she teaches adult yoga - studio classes and privates; teacher trainer; she also finds time to run workshops and retreats

She wants to change the culture of schools to become “Karma Schools” with “Karma Citizens” - students who are resilient, compassionate, critical thinkers and creative learners in the classroom, school, their community and the world.
Beth is a committed student of Ana Forrest who she met at a Conference in New York City. Beth continues to study and learn. She has tenacity; good work ethic; and truly absorbs yoga into her life
Beth opens up about the failure of her first marriage and subsequent divorce. From that she learned her greatest lesson; to dig deep and to really trust herself, her strengths and her dreams.
