Daniel is passionate about real estate and helping his team to add value and get results for their clients. He wears his heart on his sleeve, is self-effacing, and is brutally honest about life and challenges of being a man, a father and a partner in the present day.

He describes why he left a comfortable and successful role within a major commercial agency to set up his own business. He talks about the importance of consistency in training. He gives advice on how to recruit and build a team in a commercial real estate practice; something he has successfully achieved in three different environments.
