Greg Smith has been a market leader in providing independent advice and representation to both global and domestic corporate occupiers for the past 30 years.

Greg previously ran the Occupier Advisory division of Pepper Property until December 2015 and was instrumental in the growth of the Grant Samuel Property business from 1991 until 2012 when it was sold to the Pepper Group.
Greg’s focus is on the development of property strategy, risk mitigation and cost control advice for major tenancy requirements. He is acknowledged as a strong negotiator and tactician on behalf of his clients having represented more than 1 million square metres of commercial office space including circa 35 pre-construction lease negotiations.
Greg represents major ASX-listed corporations in addition to global investment banks, professional services firms (law, accounting, consultancy etc) and larger private organisations. Greg also provides advice to several not-for-profit organisations on their real estate requirements.
Greg is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (FAPI) and a Real Estate Valuer.
