Exploring the Consciousness of Self-Healing - Understanding and Applying German New Medicine with Dr. Melissa Sell

Ariana Bernstein published on

German New Medicine is a radical alternative healing modality that empowers the individual to take extreme ownership and responsibility for their health and wellbeing. Dr. Melissa Sell explains the concepts behind the 5 Biological Laws of German New Medicine and how to apply them. We talk about the role consciousness plays in health and how to raise your awareness to change perceptions, confront limiting beliefs, and realize the body is always working for you. We talk about the innate wisdom of the body and the ancient wisdom that is programmed into all of us as self-healing masters. Out of all the hundreds healing modalities I have tried, German New Medicine is the most challenging yet most empowering because it teaches you that how you think, what you feel, and your perceptions of the world, create your health or lack thereof. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the concepts and luckily we have Dr. Melissa Sell on this episode to shed some light on this revolutionary technique. The point of this episode is to introduce people to new ideas/concepts to see if it resonates with them. I don't know what is 'right' if there even is a right, what I do know is that everyone should be empowered by having options, and this certainly offers quite a disparate option to the traditional Western model and to other alternative techniques as well. I hope you enjoy the very first interview of this podcast.
