The Blues were coasting along with a 2-0 lead in the first when the Kings got a late goal to get out of the first period down by just one goal. The kings would continue their come back in the second period with two more goals to take a 3-2 lead out of the period. Ryan O'Reilly of the Blues tied it early in the third, but Paul LaDue would get the game winning goal at around the midway point of the period to give the Kings the 4-3 come back win.
