Wim Hof - Beyond the Five Senses

Tomi Raisanen published on

Wim Hof - The Iceman

He holds 26 official Guinness Word Records most of them thought to be impossible for humans to achieve.

Just for some to mention he has climbed Mount Everest wearing nothing but shorts and sandals, been submerged fully in ice for    almost two hours without loosing his body temperature, run a full marathon in Namibian desert without even a sip of water, and swam underneath the ice in Lapland for a crazy distance.

But he is so much more than a record holder.

On this pretty short but powerful conversation you will learn how to go beyond five senses on how to control your brains chemistry and neural network.
