In today’s episode, we dive into the conversaciones (conversations) surrounding mental health amongst Hispanic/Latinx families. We will inform individuals of the challenges Latinx students face in terms of mental health while in higher education and address some of the issues they face. These topics include addressing the language barrier, transitioning into undergraduate school, machismo (toxic masculinity) and more.
