Commitment - Why does it need to be more than we will get it all done...

Do teams and organizations understand and honor commitments? How is it any different than just announcing and forecasting what will be done? Teams have a special kind of commintment that they should always be mindful of.

Commit to long-term objectives

Scrum is a reason to be committed, not an excuse to avoid responsibilities
