Chris Harrington healed his depression and became happier by a special breathing technique and cold therapy
Some months ago I was in London with a group of people. One morning we went to a park and jumped into a cold pond to take a swim. Applying cold to your body along with some breathing exercises is part of the Wim Hof method.
Chris Harrington, who suffered of severe depressions for 10 years, used this method and the key findings of Mo Gawdat, to overcome his depressions. Chris found that the combination of those two helped him more than drungs, meditation and yoga to really change his state.
