Welcome to our first podcast: Yogabreak. This week’s episode is a Relaxing Visualization meditation. Some of you may be familiar with Share Yoga’s yogabreak’s on Twitter. Throughout the day, on Twitter, we post simple yoga postures, meditations or breathing exercises. The goal being to give you a moment to de-stress, re-connect, and re-energize your body, mind and spirit. Now, this new audio, podcast version of yogabreak, will bring a new dimension.
